Trump meets Mexican President, doesn't discuss payment for border wall
Donald Trump says he's held a "substantive and constructive" conversation with the President of Mexico during a hastily arranged visit to the Mexican capital.
But he says the two men did not discuss whether Mexico will pay for the construction of the wall that the Republican candidate is vowing to build along the US border.

UN weighs sanctions as report blames Syria for chemical weapons use
The Security Council are deciding if sanctions should be imposed, after hearing the joint report put together by the UN and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
The independent inquiry, which looked at nine incidents between 2014 and 2015, found the Syrian military used chlorine gas, while ISIS used sulfur mustard gas is separate attacks.
The head of the investigation Virginia Gamba said chemical weapons continued to be used, and used by more groups.
