COSBY STATUTE

American laws surrounding rape could change in the state of
California, to allow victims to seek justice long after the crime was
committed.

State lawmakers are pushing to end time limits for prosecuting child
abuse or rape cases in the wake of sexual assault accusations against
comedian Bill Cosby.
