UK voters head to polls amid Brexit uncertainty

UK voters are heading to the polls in European Parliament elections.

MEPs will be elected in constituencies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The vote comes despite the fact the UK government has been trying to deliver Britain's exit from the European Union.

The failure to remove Britain from the bloc yet has contributed to the woes of Prime Minister Theresa May who may be forced to resign as early as Friday.

The newly-formed Brexit party, led by prominent anti-EU politician Nigel Farage, may win the EU elections in the UK, according to polls.

Olly Barratt is in Barking in east London.
