President Trump alleges up to 90 percent of fraud in Minnesota is committed by illegal immigrants from Somalia.

Tens of millions of Americans were under winter storm warnings on Monday — and Winter Storm Ezra is expected to impact the Great Lakes region, with predictions of 5-8 inches or 12 to 20 centimeters of snow for Minneapolis, Green Bay and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
