The US Envoy to the United Nations says President Trump plans to "use the full power of the United States of America... to take on and eradicate" Venezuelan drug cartels.
His comments came during an emergency meeting of the UN Security council initiated by Venezuela following Washington's pursuit of alleged drug traffickers.
