FOUR GERMANS CAUGHT COMMEMORATING HITLER'S BIRTHDAY

Police in Austria have recommended four German nationals be prosecuted for allegedly commemorating the birthday of Adolf Hitler. 

The group are reported to have marked the occasion at the house where Hitler was born in the province of Upper Austria.

India government orders test on popular Indian spice brands for cancer-causing substance

India's food safety regulator will conduct quality checks on products of popular Indian spice brands MDH and Everest after Hong Kong and Singapore red-flagged a cancer-causing ingredient in certain products of these brands.

 

Earlier this month, Hong Kong banned the sale of some of its products while Singapore recalled some products.

RWANDA BILL PASSES UK PARLIAMENT

India's election commission 'declines comment' on Modi hate speech

India's election commission - the independent body that conducts polls in the country - is facing flak for failing to act against a hate speech made by incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

U.S. highest court considering punishment for homeless public sleeping

Europe suffered record number of days with ‘extreme heat stress’ in 2023

European countries suffered a record number of days of extreme heat stress last year, according to a report from the World Meteorological Organization.

The report said that the Europeans are dying from hot weather 30% more than they did two decades ago.

The UK's upper and lower chambers of Parliament are facing a deciding showdown over the Government's Rwanda Safety Bill.
