Tesla’s troubles mount

Elon Musk is meant to be in India today (Monday) meeting with the country's Prime Minister, but he's not. He postponed the trip last minute - citing "very heavy Tesla obligations." It's the latest sign of mounting troubles for the EV giant - which just last week said it was laying off 10% of its global workforce. Toni Waterman has more.
