Putin orders proposals on resuming nuclear weapons tests

Russia's President Vladimir Putin has summoned members of the country's Security Council to discuss options of possibly resuming nuclear weapons tests. It would be the first such move by Moscow since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Humanitarian organizations say not enough aid is reaching Gaza nearly four weeks since the ceasefire
