Russia's President Vladimir Putin has summoned members of the country's Security Council to discuss options of possibly resuming nuclear weapons tests. It would be the first such move by Moscow since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Putin's statement comes after last week's remarks by US President Donald Trump suggesting the U.S. will restart its own atomic tests. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
