Trump proposes vast federal spending cuts in budget blueprint

US President Donald Trump has proposed eliminating a number of climate, education and health programs as part of a plan to slash 163 billion dollars in federal spending.


The budget blueprint for twenty-twenty-six would reduce spending to the lowest level in the modern era, although it's unclear how much of it will be enacted by US lawmakers.
