The US and Ukraine have signed a long-awaited minerals deal giving Washington access to Kyiv's rare earth minerals.
Under the US-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund Kyiv will retain full control over its natural resources.
The US Treasury Secretary says the two countries will collaborate to ensure that "mutual assets, talents, and capabilities" can accelerate Kyiv's recovery.
