EU preparing plan B should U.S. halt Ukraine support

The European Union is making contingency plans should the United
States scrap efforts to negotiate a peace plan in Ukraine.

Washington has threatened to do so but the Trump administration says
that the signing of a minerals deal with Ukraine is proof that the
U.S. is committed to a peace process.
