After three years of intense negotiations, the World Health
Organisation on Wednesday announced the finalization of a historic
pandemic agreement.
The draft global agreement is aimed at improving how the world
prepares for and responds to future pandemics.
According to the UN, the United States did not participate in the
final round of negotiations.
