US President Donald Trump and El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele
have ruled out releasing a man mistakenly sent to a maximum security
prison in the Central American country.
The Trump administration has already deported hundreds of alleged criminals to
El Salvador despite questions over the legality of the move.
