The United Nations humanitarian wing, OCHA plans to cut 20 percent of
its staff as it faces a massive funding shortfall.
US President Donald Trump slashed billions of dollars in foreign
assistance since taking office, which included funding to OCHA.
According to the UN chief Tom Fletcher, the organisation will scale
back its presence in about nine countries while at the same time
letting go of 20 senior positions at its headquarters.
