Shares of Indian digital payments company Paytm (PRON: PayTM) on Tuesday slumped to a record low below 390 rupees.
This came after brokerage Macquarie downgraded the stock, which follows India's central bank ordering Paytm to halt a large part of its business by the end of this month.

Police are investigating whether anti-semitism was the motive that led a 36-year-old woman to open fire at one of America's biggest churches.

Former US president Donald Trump has angered Western allies by saying he would not protect NATO countries from Russian aggression - if they don't spend enough on defence.
