INTRO:
The Interior Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo has banned gatherings of more than 5 people and the circulation of motorcycles in the heart of the capital Kinshasa following days of protests outside western embassies. Peter Kazadi made the announcement on Monday after a security meeting. Dozens of young men on motorcycles have been burning tyres outside the embassies of the US, UK, and France to express their anger at the ongoing conflict in eastern DRC by the M23 rebels.
