Democrats call for Bolsonaro's US visa to be revoked

Several key members of the US Democrat Party are formally calling on Joe Biden to revoke former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro's visa, which he's used to enter and remain in the United States.

Mr Bolsonaro, following a vote he claimed without evidence was infected by fraud, flew to Florida before the end of his Presidential term and the inauguration of his successor.

The letter sent from Democrats demanding the US administration investigate Bolsonaro's visa status comes after thousands of his supporters stormed Brazil's Congress on Sunday in an attempt to overturn last year's election result.
