Police in Uganda have arrested a suspected terrorist in Kampala. The man whose names are not yet public was found with suspected bomb equipment and materials.
Security sources say the suspect is believed to have links to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a designated rebel group operating in DR Congo.
