The Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly and her counterpart in Japan Yoshimasa Hayashi are agreeing to boost security cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region.
The two Ministers met today in Tokyo and announced a new "action plan" for working towards regional security, as Joly begins her three day visit to Japan.
