Germany has become the latest country to decide to offer a third booster shot of Covid-19 vaccine. 

The decision was made following a meeting of the country's state health ministers, with the leaders agreeing to roll out the third doses in coming weeks.

Vaccination rates spike in U.S. states hit hardest by new COVID-19 surge


The White House says vaccination rates are shooting up in states hit hardest by a new wave of coronavirus cases in the U.S.


On average, the country is reporting around 80,000 new cases per day...and that's rising fast.
