Double-vaccinated US and EU citizens will no longer have to quarantine upon arrival in the UK.
However, travellers coming from France still face isolation, regardless of vaccination status.
Later in the week, as many as a dozen European countries could move to the UK's 'green travel list' meaning even unvaccinated people won't need to quarantine.
