An Australian Federal Court justice has slammed the governments Robodebt scheme, describing it as a "shameful chapter" in the countries history and a failure of public administration.
The scheme saw more than 400,00 Australians pursued by the countries social security provider Centerlink, for about $1.7 billion in welfare overpayments that were later found to be incorrect.

More power to South African businesses
South Africa’s Electricity Regulation Act is being amended to increase the permitted capacity of embedded generation projects.
