Russia's chief COVID doctor warns of difficulties in treatment

Russia's chief COVID doctor has warned that treating patients with the virus has become more difficult due to mutations. It comes as Russia recorded 12,505 new cases on Friday, the highest number since February. Julia Chapman reports.
