Australia – Flights from India to resume on May 15
Following yesterdays National Security Committee meeting, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison today announced that repatriation flights out of India to Australia will begin on May 15.
Travel into Australia from covid ravaged India was halted last week in a controversial move by the government that threatened a possible jail sentence for anyone that failed to observe the ban.

Hong Kong faces public pushback over quarantine measures
The Hong Kong government is facing pressure to relax its quarantine rules for close contacts of COVID-19 patients. French fisherman leave Jersey port after fishing license protest
A protest that saw dozens of French fishing vessels descend on the island of Jersey has come to an end.
