Hong Kong faces public pushback over quarantine measures

The Hong Kong government is facing pressure to relax its quarantine rules for close contacts of COVID-19 patients. Currently all residents of buildings in which a COVID variant infection is found, must undergo three weeks of quarantine at a government facility. But thousands of people have signed petitions calling for the rules to be eased.
