U.S. and China trade talks slated for October

Uganda & Rwanda Form Discussion Committees

Uganda and Rwanda have started the process of implementing issues agreed upon by the two countries in Angola in July.

Record Children's Privacy Fine for Google

Google has agreed to pay a record 170 million dollar fine for violating children's privacy laws on YouTube.
