EU's Chief Brexit Negotiator Says Talks Are 'In A State Of Paralysis'


In a leaked diplomatic note, the EU's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barner has described the Withdrawal discussions between the EU and the UK as being 'in a state of paralysis'.


This after a six hour meeting with his British counterpart David Frost, aimed at finding a solution to the controversial Irish backstop.
