US delays penalties on Huawei

The US will grant another temporary reprieve to Chinese tech firm Huawei, delaying proposed penalties for another ninety days.

The Trump administration is concerned Huawei poses a national security risk, and has been making it difficult for the company to operate in the US.

UK GOVT REACTS TO LEAKED NO-DEAL DOCUMENT

The British Government says a leaked cabinet document, which warns of the damaging outcomes of a no-deal Brexit, is simply scaremongering.


Boris Johnson's government argues the forecast is out-of-date and looks at the worst case scenario.


This as he promised to take the UK out of the EU with or without a deal by the 31st October deadline.


The cabinet document warns about food, medicine and fuel shortages and implies that  businesses are not ready for the impact a no-deal is likely to have.
