US Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib says she won't visit her grandmother in the West Bank because of "oppressive conditions" from Israel.
On Thursday, Israel barred Tlaib and fellow Congresswoman Ilhan Omar from a planned trip - but the authorities later gave Tlaib permission to visit her relative under certain conditions.
