AUSTRALIAN PM SEEKS ANSWERS OVER MINNEAPOLIS SHOOTING

Australia's Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says the country is seeking answers from US officials over the shooting dead of a woman by a policeman in Minneapolis.

It's reported the 40 year-old was dressed in pyjamas as she approached the driver's side of a police car at the weekend.

The officer in the passenger seat opened fire, striking Justine Damond, but the incident was not recorded by the police car's cameras.
