Mexico: Veracruz's former governor extradited from Guatemala

The former governor of Mexico's state of Veracruz has been extradited from Guatemala, and is now back on Mexican Soil. 

Javier Duarte faces charges of corruption; if convicted, he could face up to 55 years in prison.
