The allegations contained in the new release of documents by Wikileaks include claims of collaboration with the CIA by UK intelligence agencies.

Jewish centres on lockdown

Threats against Jewish community centres across the United States have
forced many to be evacuated or placed on lockdown.

Threats were made by phone and email, including in New York and Florida.

ZTE Pays Record $892m Fine for Shipping US Telecoms Equipment to Iran and N. Korea

The Chinese telecoms company ZTE has plead guilty to criminal charges of violating US sanctions on exports to Iran and North Korea.

It will pay a record fine of $892 million and will have to pay $300 million more if it violates the terms of the plea deal.

US: Texas lawmakers to hold hearing on transgender bathroom bill

Foreign fighters flee as Mosul battle intensifies

A US general involved in the operation to retake western Mosul from
the Islamic State says foreign fighters are trying to flee from the
militant group.

Russia accuses Ukraine of seeking to litigate Crimea annexation

Russia accused Ukraine of taking it to court under false pretences.  Moscow says that Kiev is using allegations of Russia's financing terrorism and ethnic discrimination as a front to litigate Russia's annexation of Ukraine's Crimean peninsula three years ago.  The accusation came on the second day of hearings at the International Court of Justice in the Hague.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.

The European Court of Justice backs Belgium's right to refuse humanitarian visas
