Foreign fighters flee as Mosul battle intensifies

A US general involved in the operation to retake western Mosul from
the Islamic State says foreign fighters are trying to flee from the
militant group.

Meanwhile, Iraqi forces say they have recaptured the main government
offices in the western part of the city.
