Mega Merger between SAB Miller and AB InBev agreed in principle

A so called mega merger between the world's biggest brewers has been agreed in principle after the UK-listed SABMiller accepted a takeover proposal from Anheuser-Busch InBev in a deal worth around $106 billion.

Russian state arms maker claims MH17 jet was downed by missile launched from Kiev-controlled territory

The Dutch Safety Board report is expected to provide details of the MH17 Malaysian Air passenger jet downing over Ukraine in 2014. The international community maintains it was shot down by pro-Russian Ukrainian rebels using Russian BUK missile system. Moscow brushed off accusations saying the investigation was biased and ignored the findings of the Russian state arms maker proving MH17 flight was hit by a missile launched from the Ukrainian territory. Dutch authorities are set to release their final report into the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 over Ukraine.

The plane was shot down on the 17th of July 2014 killing all 298 people on board - the west has long suspected Russian surface to air missiles were involved.
