The Dutch Safety Board report is expected to provide details of the MH17 Malaysian Air passenger jet downing over Ukraine in 2014. The international community maintains it was shot down by pro-Russian Ukrainian rebels using Russian BUK missile system. Moscow brushed off accusations saying the investigation was biased and ignored the findings of the Russian state arms maker proving MH17 flight was hit by a missile launched from the Ukrainian territory. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
