Dutch authorities are set to release their final report into the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 over Ukraine.
The plane was shot down on the 17th of July 2014 killing all 298 people on board - the west has long suspected Russian surface to air missiles were involved.
The Dutch Safety Board, however, is not expected to say who was to blame for the incident.
Barry Sweeney's son Liam was on the flight.
