US dentist 'wont be charged' over killing of Zimbabwean lion Cecil

Officials in Zimbabwe say the American who killed a prized lion there will not face charges.

A cabinet minister said the Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer had obtained legal authority to conduct the hunt.
