UPDATE: US, Kuwait, UAE, EU, Saudi Arabia pledge $3.8 billion to Syria humanitarian effort
US Pledges to Cut Carbon Emissions 26-28% by 2025
26-28 % of its carbon emissions in the next ten years.
The White House took to Twitter to make the announcement, using the

Third Syria Pledging Conference hopes to raise $8.4 billion
Pledges are coming in the hundreds of millions at the Third International Pledging Conference for Syria, now taking place in Kuwait.
