US Pledges to Cut Carbon Emissions 26-28% by 2025

The United States has pledged to the United Nations that it will cut
26-28 % of its carbon emissions in the next ten years.

The White House took to Twitter to make the announcement, using the
hashtag " Act On Climate", calling the targets "fair and ambitious"
