Pledges are coming in the hundreds of millions at the Third International Pledging Conference for Syria, now taking place in Kuwait.

The figure so far is $3.8 billion dollars, but will the final tally be enough to meet the 8.4 billion dollars required to help more than 16 million Syrians?
