Doctor confidentiality under debate in Germany after crash

The president of a German pilots' union has said he wouldn't necessarily support loosening doctor-patient confidentiality rules. 

Those rules have come under increased scrutiny in the wake of the Germanwings airline crash in the French Alps that killed 150 people.
