US President Donald Trump says there are no talks or conversations underway or scheduled with Iran — just one day after saying his administration had established a back channel with Iran's Revolutionary Guard.
A temporary framework aimed at ending the US-Iran war expired on Monday with no indication either side will extend the agreement.
Iran has denied any negotiations were taking place and says the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until Washington meets its commitments.
