Senate confirms Todd Blanche as US Attorney General

The US Senate has narrowly confirmed Todd Blanche as the next attorney general, despite concerns he will be too loyal to president Donald Trump.

Blanche represented Trump in several criminal cases in the run up to his 2024 reelection.
