RUSSIAN DRONE ATTACK ON KYIV REGION KILLS THREE INCLUDING A CHILD AS BALLISTIC MISSILES STRIKE CAPITAL

A Russian drone attack on the Kyiv region has killed three people including a child, while a separate ballistic missile strike also targeted the Ukrainian capital in the early hours of Saturday.

Ukraine's defence ministry says its air defences intercepted around fifty-three hundred drones and missiles last month — just under sixty per cent of the roughly nine thousand Russia fired in July.

Moscow has not directly addressed the latest strikes, but Russian politicians have been vocal about diplomatic moves involving Serbia and Ukraine.
