The M23 rebels in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo have accused the Congolese government of violating a ceasefire and refusing to release their detained members as agreed in a peace treaty signed in July.
The leader of the political wing of the rebel group, Corneille Nangaa said they are committed to pursue peace under the mediation of Qatar at a press conference in the city of Goma. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa....
