Hamas and Israel complete final exchange of first phase but uncertainty remains over Gaza ceasefire

Hamas and Israel have completed the final exchange of hostages and prisoners of the Gaza ceasefire deal's first phase.

However, there is mounting uncertainty over whether the ceasefire will be extended after phase one expires on Saturday.
