South Africa’s official opposition party, the Democratic Alliance, wants to compel the government to execute an ICC arrest warrant if Russian President Vladimir Putin sets foot in the country. The government has not clarified what action it will take, but President Cyril Ramaphosa says that arresting Putin would be a declaration of war against Russia.
