The UK's new Prime Minister, Liz Truss, has entered Downing Street after being formally invited by the Queen to form a new government. Ms Truss defeated rival Rishi Sunak to become the new leader of the Conservative Party. In her first speech outside Downing Street the UK's third female Prime Minister promised to work to boost economic growth.
