A judge's decision to appoint an interdependent arbiter to review
documents seized during the FBI's search of Donald Trump's property
has raised eyebrows among legal experts.
The former President's team say it's an important move to ensure the
investigation is conducted fairly but prosecutors fear it'll slow down
